When I started my goddess journey, I had just been given a life-threatening cancer diagnosis. I was in my 20’s suffering from bad facial acne, no periods for up to a year, dull hair, fatigue and bad moods.
In other words, I’ve. Been. There.
And despite having the mystery tumor removed, I felt scared that I might never figure out how to restore my health and prevent the cancer from returning.
Then, things changed.
After diving headfirst into the world of natural medicine and Eastern nutrition and applying everything I learned to my body - I started to see changes. I didn’t realize it at the time, but I was developing a system – one that actually worked – that could turn my emotions and energy into transformative health and beauty. It took 5 years to figure it all out and over $100,000 in grad school loans, dietetic residency dues, 10 holistic certifications, and business development costs.
